Owen T. Heisey

Real Estate Experience

Owen Heisey is Vice President and Director of Litigation Support with Samuel D. Koon & Associates. He joined the firm in October 2009, and obtained his MAI designation in 2018. He directs the litigation support team for various assignments particularly throughout the real estate tax appeal process.  As a staff appraiser he has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial
buildings. The bulk of his work is for institutional, private, lender, and government clients for tax appeals, eminent domain, financing, and estate planning and settlement.

Owen lives in Bexley, Ohio with his wife, Teri, and their children. When not working on the next phase of their fixer-upper, he is actively involved with St. Catharine of Siena Church.
