J.R. has been a fee appraiser with SDKA since March 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of the company. His experience is well balanced between appraisals for litigation support, financing and loan underwriting, and consultation for institutional, private, lender, and government clients. J.R. has specialized in industrial, hotel and senior living appraisals. He also has experience appraising multifamily, retail, office, and residential developments throughout the State of Ohio.
